How much suspension travel do all-mountain bikes have?<\/h3>\r\nAll mountain bikes have between 140 and 155 millimeters of suspension travel at the fork and in the rear. Typical suspension forks are the Fox 36 or the Rock Shox Lyrik. Shocks with a reservoir are usually installed in the rear.\r\n
