There are hardly any race hardtails with 27.5 inch wheels anymore. That's why the LES 27.5 Team XTR enjoys exotic status. The 426 mm short chainstays make the bike playful and more maneuverable in tighter corners. The seating position does not manage to be too athletic, nor too upright. It´s moderate character is likely to suite the vast majority of bikers. If you want to hunt Strava-KOMs uphill, the Pivot Racebike is probably not the right bike for you. But one should not underestimate that wheels are extremely important for the riding experience on the trail. Pivot knows this and installed higher quality than the competitors at the price of 8149 Euro . We like: 10 years warranty on the frame!
