    Summary

    Expirience with the Santa Cruz Tallboy S / Carbon C / 29

Santa Cruz Tallboy S / Carbon C / 29 Review Admittedly, with 130 mm travel, the Tallboy S is always somewhat overshadowed by the more downhill-heavy bikes from Santa Cruz. Unjustifiably so, in our opinion. With a 65,5 degree head tube angle and a reach that tends to be long you can certainly speak of a modern geometry. When entering the saddle, the Tallboy S conveys a balanced seating position. If you want to hunt Strava-KOMs uphill, the Tallboy S is probably not the right bike for you. One should not forget: the geometry is the heart of a mountain bike. For 6499 Euro, Santa Cruz provides more than the competitors in the same price range. The guarantee of 25 years proves that Santa Cruz is behind its products.
