Purely visually, the aluminum version of the Scales is hardly distinguishable from the much more expensive carbon models. And also the features, such as the cables routed through the headset, remain in the SCALE 950. Here, the Swiss engineers have really delivered a solid job. With its balanced handling, riding the Scott SCALE 950 feels really intuitive. Due to the interplay of a relatively long top tube and a low stack, the riding position is sporty. With a total weight of 12,7 kg, the Racebike von Scott is one of the heavier Racebike that you get for under under 2000 Euro. Considering that in the range under 2000 Euro, hardly any other manufacturer makes a better bike for the same specs of wheels. Nice! The guarantee of 5 years proves that Scott is behind its products. Caution when selecting the size: the Aluminium frame sizing runs big.
