The patent for this linkage belongs to Bold, but is also used by Scott. The flat 63,2 degree head tube angle of the UNPLUGGED PRO gives the rider lots of confidence in challenging terrain. At the seating position, Bold combines the best of two worlds: It´s balanced character is a good mix of sporty efficiency and a comfortable upright postiion. A good argument for the Bold: Such a successful geometry is usually only available if you have deep pockets.
