Expirience with the Mondraker CHRONO DC R

Ludwig Döhl Hell Yeah: Mondraker follows 2023 our call for more all-round hardtails. With it´s 120 mm front travel and a dropper post the CHRONO DC R is clearly more than a cheap entry-level hardtail. Mondraker is taking no risks when it comes to its bike handling. The moderate geometry data conveys a balanced handling. When sitting in the saddle, the posture is neither overly sporty, nor uber-comfortable. This should make the CHRONO DC R suite the taste of most bikers. If you love flying down steep, rocky and loamy trails, the Mondraker Hardtail doesn't really suit you. Other manufacturers build Downcountry-Bike in the same price range that are more focused on descends. With a total weight of 13,1 kg, the Mondraker CHRONO DC R is one of the heavier Downcountry-Bike that you get for under under 3000 Euro. Nevertheless: The Fox fork works extremely well for a 1899 Euro bike. With 25 years warranty, nothing stands in the way of a long-term relationship.
