Expirience with the Scott Ransom 920

Ludwig Döhl The Ransom shows Scott's athletic DNA. The bike with 170 mm travel on the fork is as light as they come and suitable for touring. With the Twin-Loc lever, the entire chassis can be locked from the handlebars. No matter how rowdy the ride gets: when shredding the Scott Ransom 920, the 64,5 degree head tube angle and the long wheelbase ensure a pretty chilled handling. Anyone who has no special preferences for the seating position can´t go wrong with the Ransom 920. Because the saddle takes the balanced approach. If you love flying down steep, rocky and loamy trails, the Scott Fully doesn't really suit you. Other manufacturers build Enduro in the same price range that are more focused on descends. Heavy riders over 85 kilos aren´t likely to encounter too many problems with the high weight of 16 kg. For lighter riders, this could be a disturbance. Scott gives 5 years warranty on the bike.
