Expirience with the Simplon RAPCON, SRAM XX EAGLE TRANSMISSION

Ludwig Döhl Simplon isn´t known for gravity-orientated bikes, but with the Rapcon the Austrians prove that they have more engineering skills than pure lightweight construction. With the modular principle, you can freely choose components. With a flat 65 degree head tube angle and a long reach, the geometry corresponds to the current trend. The seating position does not manage to be too athletic, nor too upright. It´s moderate character is likely to suite the vast majority of bikers. There are All Mountain in the price under 8000 Euro that have more potential downhill. Simplon is installing only absolutely high-quality shifting components.
