Expirience with the Specialized S-Works Stumpjumper

Ludwig Döhl The Stumpjumper was the first mountain bike ever to be mass-produced. However, the S-Works Stumpjumper has little in common with its ancestor. With 140 mm of travel on the fork, it is one of the most potent bikes in the all-mountain range. Especially praiseworthy: the integrated storage compartment in the down tube. Especially in extremely steep terrain, this combination makes for smooth handling. Compared with what the market offers, the seating position is neither super sporty, nor uber-comfortable. In the saddle of the Specialized S-Works Stumpjumper, you´ll enjoy a moderate position. All in all, in the in alpine terrain category, you will hardly find a better overall package from parts and geometry. The guarantee of 25 years proves that Specialized puts a lot of trust in its products.
